Stages Of An Appointment
We take the casualty or the scope, the position and exposure, and what has to be on site first, then confirm what can be mobilised locally and how quickly.
A written scope and quotation covering craft, equipment, crews and supply as one document, and a nominated coordinator on our side from the moment we are appointed.
An operation plan and joint risk assessment agreed with your team, covering method, contingency, emergency stop and pollution response, plus the authority notifications the position requires.
Craft, crew and equipment mobilised to the position and checked before work starts. Our people stay with the spread rather than handing it on once it is under way.
The local scope supervised alongside your own, with progress, condition and consumption reported at the agreed points and immediately if conditions change.
Timesheets, checklists, quantities and the operation record issued in your reporting format, invoiced against the same scope that was quoted, so the job closes cleanly.
