Government &
Maritime Authorities.

What We Provide

Four Services Authorities
and Agencies Appoint Us For

Public work is judged on process as much as on outcome. We take on marine scopes for agencies and authorities with the documentation, the notifications and the safety case handled as part of the job rather than assembled afterwards.

Marine projects & works

Waterside scopes run to schedule and budget, documented from enquiry to final report, with progress reported in the format the department works to.

Emergency & casualty response

Crews, craft and equipment mobilised at short notice for incidents in your waters, with one point of contact throughout the response.

Marine support & attendance

Craft, boarding arrangements, transfers and manpower for inspections, surveys and attendance on vessels at a berth or at anchorage.

Compliance & documentation support

Records, checklists and operation reports prepared to stand up to audit, and notifications made to the parties a scope requires.

Why Agencies Appoint Us

A Documented Job
From Start To Sign-Off

On public work the record is part of the deliverable. Every scope we run produces its checklists, timesheets, quantity figures and reports as it goes, so a query months later is answered from the file rather than from memory.

Suria Crestway has served the maritime, offshore and logistics sectors from Malaysia since 2005, with an experienced operations team and an established network of regional partners behind every job.

How We Work With You

Stages Of An Appointment

Lumut Maritime Terminal reception beside its HSE awareness campaign board

We take the location, the works required, the intended period and the standard the scope has to meet, then confirm what is workable before anything is quoted.

A written scope and quotation covering craft, equipment, personnel and reporting as one document, and a nominated contact on our side once appointed.

An operation plan and risk assessment agreed with the department, together with the notifications, permissions and safety case the location and the works require.

Craft, crew and equipment mobilised and checked before work starts, with our own people attending rather than the scope being passed to a subcontractor.

Works supervised against the agreed plan, with progress and any variation recorded at the time and reported at the agreed points.

Checklists, timesheets, quantities and the final report issued for sign-off, invoiced against the same scope that was quoted, so the file is complete and audit-ready.
