A recommended grade against the equipment maker's specification, with a written quotation covering pack size, volume and delivery — and a note where a different grade would serve better.
The order placed against your maintenance schedule rather than a one-off date, so the deliveries land ahead of the services that need them.
Product delivered to the store or to the point of use, checked against the order, with batch and product documentation handed over at the same time.
Consumption reviewed against what was expected, so an unexpected rise is looked at as a maintenance signal rather than simply reordered.
Delivery notes, product data and safety data sheets kept complete for audit, and the next cycle scheduled before the current stock runs down.
