Offshore work is held up by logistics long before it is held up by engineering. We cover the marine side of an operator's scope from a Malaysian base — the craft, the transfers, the supply and the record — so the offshore team deals with one contractor instead of four.
Offtake, lightering & STS support
Mooring master, fenders and certified hoses for offtake from an FSO or FPSO and for lightering at the anchorage, supervised from first line to hoses clear.
Bunker & lubricant supply
Marine fuels, gas oil and lubricants delivered to support fleets, standby vessels and workboats, to grade and with the documentation an operator's audit expects.
Marine project coordination
One coordinator holding the marine scope together: notifications, permits to work, sequencing between craft, and a written record closed out in the operator's own format.

How We Work With You
Stages Of An Appointment
We take the location, the water depth and exposure, the intended dates and what the scope actually involves, then confirm the marine side is workable before anything is quoted.
A written scope and quotation covering craft, equipment, personnel and supply as one document, and a nominated coordinator on our side from the moment we are appointed.
An operation plan and joint risk assessment agreed with the offshore team, covering approach, transfer method, contingency, emergency stop and pollution response, plus the notifications the location requires.
Craft, crew and equipment mobilised to the field and checked before work starts. Our people attend rather than handing the scope to a subcontractor once it is under way.
Transfers, lifts and deliveries supervised as they happen, with the operator's representative updated at the agreed points and immediately if the sea state or the plan changes.
Quantities, checklists, timesheets and the full operation record issued to all parties, invoiced against the same scope that was quoted, so the job closes cleanly and stays audit-ready.
