What We Provide

Four Services Suppliers
and Traders Call Us For

A stem is only as good as the delivery. We provide the marine end of it in Malaysian and regional waters — the transfer itself, the craft around it, the attendance on deck and the physical trade where a parcel needs covering rather than only moving.

Ship-to-ship transfer operations

Mooring master, Yokohama fenders and certified hoses for barge-to-vessel and vessel-to-vessel transfers, planned, supervised and documented end to end.

Marine logistics support

Craft, boarding arrangements and equipment movements around a delivery, at a berth or at anchorage, arranged on a single call.

Delivery attendance & supervision

Our own people on deck for the delivery: pre-transfer checks, hose condition, rate and quantity monitoring, and the figures agreed with both sides before hoses are cleared.

Physical trading & sourcing

Where a stem needs covering as well as delivering, we trade physically through an established network of regional suppliers and offtakers.

Why Suppliers Appoint Us

One Team On Deck
From Barge To Vessel

A delivery that slips because the craft was late, or a quantity dispute that surfaces after hoses are clear, costs more than the margin on the stem. The same operations team handles the transfer, the craft and the documentation, so there is one number to call while the pumps are running.

Suria Crestway has served the maritime, offshore and logistics sectors from Malaysia since 2005, with an experienced operations team and an established network of regional partners behind every job.

How We Work With You

Stages Of An Appointment

We take the grade and quantity, the receiving vessel, the delivery point and the intended window, then confirm whether the location and weather make the transfer workable before anything is quoted.

A written scope and quotation covering craft, fenders, hoses, personnel and attendance as one document, and a nominated contact on our side once appointed.

An operation plan and joint risk assessment agreed with both masters, covering the mooring arrangement, hose handling, emergency stop and pollution response, plus any port notifications required.

Craft, crew and equipment mobilised to the transfer position and pressure-tested before the vessels close. Our people attend the delivery rather than handing it to a subcontractor.

Moorings, hose condition, transfer rate, ullages and delivered quantities monitored throughout, with both offices updated at the agreed points and immediately if anything changes.

Quantity figures, checklists, timesheets and the operation record issued to both sides, with the invoice raised against the same scope that was quoted, so the stem closes cleanly.
